Do you ship internationally?
Yes, via USPS only.

How do your shirts fit?
SlamPigz uses 100% combed cotton American Apparel t-shirts, which fit a bit snug and usually shrink up nearly a size (for both men and women’s shirts if put in the dryer). We recommend you buy a size larger. For best washing results and to maintain t-shirt quality; wash inside out, cold water, and hang dry.

How is my merchandise shipped?
Your merchandise will be hand packed and inspected by us, not some random distribution company and shipped via FedEx. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed.

Is all of your apparel limited?
Yes, each item in our clothing line is developed by our top designers and limited exclusively for SlamPigz. We have chosen to make our apparel limited to ensure you, the slampigz community, the utmost confidence in our product and its ability to stand out amongst the crowd!

What is your Return Policy?
No refunds, exchanges only. We will gladly exchange your merchandise within 10 days from the date of which your shipment is received. Notice must be given to service@slampigz.com within 3 days of receipt of the package, for any problems or concerns with merchandise. We will promptly reply to you with an exchange number and return authorization form. Items must be in their original packaging, in “as-new” condition, un-worn and un-washed with both the packing slip and printed receipts when returned. Please include $5 for domestic or $10 for international return shipping cost via money order. We will not reimburse any additional shipping cost you may incur when returning or exchanging item(s).
